1. Introduction & Acknowledgment

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between app9 and its affiliates ("app9", "we", "us") and users of our platform ("user", "you"). By accessing the app9 website (app9.ws) and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

App9 is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform, designed for sports fans in Bangladesh. We operate with full transparency and fairness at our core.

2. Account Registration

To open an account on app9, you must provide complete and accurate information in the registration form. app9 reserves the right to close any account found to have submitted false or misleading information.

Information Required for Registration:

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Active mobile number
• Email Address
• Mobile banking account details (for payment purposes)

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To participate on the app9 platform, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be of sound mind and full legal capacity
• Participation on the platform must be voluntary and informed
• No previous account must have been suspended or banned

4. Deposits & Payments

To deposit funds into app9, you must use one of our approved payment methods. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 BDT
• Maximum single deposit limit applies as per our stated policy
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted
• Successful deposits are usually credited to your account within 5–15 minutes

5. Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to withdrawals from app9. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT
• Verified accounts are typically processed within 1–3 business days
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account used for the deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Daily withdrawal limits apply as per our stated policy

6. Betting Rules

When placing bets on app9, the following rules must be followed. These terms and conditions apply to all types of betting markets.

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled
• Bets placed after an event has started will be treated as live bets only
• App9 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded
• Any bet linked to match fixing or abnormal betting patterns will be voided

Special Rules for Live Betting:

Live betting odds change rapidly. If the odds shift before your bet is confirmed, the system will prompt you to accept the updated odds. app9 reserves the right to modify the availability of live betting offers at any time.

7. Bonus & Promotion Terms

App9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus offer comes with specific terms that must be fulfilled.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit
• A wagering multiplier must be met before bonus funds can be used
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise
• A minimum odds requirement applies to bets placed with bonus funds
• If the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the app9 platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Opening or operating an account under another person's identity
• Using Multiple Accounts for the Same Person
• Using any software or bot to manipulate or defraud the betting system
• Attempting to hack into other users' accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions
• Attempting match fixing or gaining any unfair advantage

9. Account Suspension & Closure

App9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• If false information is found during verification
• When unusual or suspicious betting activity is detected
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded before the account is closed.

10. Limitation of Liability

App9 always strives to ensure reliable service. However, app9 is not liable in the following situations:

• Bet Cancellation Due to Internet Disconnection
• Third-party payment system failures
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues
• Account Information Leaked Due to User's Own Negligence
